Wild Food from Finnish Nature

Do you want to learn more about Finnish nature and wild food? What are you allowed to do in public or privately owned land? Welcome to learn more on the course!

In the course you get to know more about everyman’s right and most common Finnish

  • wild berries
  • herbs
  • mushrooms and
  • fish.

Together we prepare Finnish wild food snacks in small groups and enjoy a tasting.

The course is free of charge and dedicated for the persons who have came from Ukraine to Finland. Refugees from other countries are also welcome. The working language is English and Finnish.

Group size is min. 7– ’til max. 15 person. Organizer informs about the possible changes of the event.

The course is organized by the Rural Women’s Advisory Center and Oulu Reception Center Support Association.
